CS-300
This shutter
shows joinery of exposed beveled louvers and the
absence of a horizontal middle rail. A molding
is sometimes set back slightly and surrounds the
panel.

This early
traditional shutter is shown with a simple
molding and well spaced, wide bull nosed
louvers. They are pitched at a shallower angle
than a more standard shutter and casts a deeper

Salem Style CS-302
This style
shutter is commonly seen in and around the
historic community of Salem, Massachusetts. The
wide slats are tenoned into the vertical stiles.
A vertical rectangular molding makes these
shutters distinctive and unique.Cross rail can
be positioned at any height. |

CS-303
This shutter has
a beveled louver with an applied molding. The
wide frame and well spaced louvers give a heavy
look to the shutter. This shutter often doesn't
include a cross rail.

Beacon Hill
Style CS304
This shutter is
commonly seen on the historic homes in Beacon
Hill in Boston and date from 1850. Wide
scalloped cornered louvers project beyond the
face of the frame stock which is typically
1-3/8” or 1-3/4” thick. Cross rail can be
positioned at any height. |

Custom Arched
ShutterCS-305
This curved top
shutter for Palladian style windows can be made
in any size. We do require a template or a
dimensioned drawing of the window. These
shutters are seen on contemporary as well as
historic buildings. Cross rail can be positioned
at any height.

flat panel cut-out. The rest of the
shutter would be Spanish Cedar. This
